Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, color preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing their purchase.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@ravynx.shop. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Items reported as damaged or defective must be unused and in the condition received. Claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
In the event that a package is lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days after approval.
